CREATOR NETWORKWhat we collect
Creator account information (name, email, hashed password, category and chosen public profile details), optional contact information, collaboration inquiries and featured-payment references or proof images. We collect limited technical metadata needed for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
We display approved creator information, operate creator accounts, send notifications, manage inquiries, verify optional manual payments, prevent abuse and respond to support queries. Your contact email and phone number are private unless you explicitly opt to publish them. Existing migrated profiles default to private contact settings.
Data sharing
Collaboration inquiries are shared with the intended creator and accessible to authorized NIVITA administrators. Public creator profile fields may be crawled by search engines and shared on social media. We do not publish private payment screenshots.
Retention and requests
We retain information while needed to operate accounts, meet business/legal obligations and resolve disputes. To request correction, export, account closure or deletion, contact no-reply@nivitahuf.com. Some records must be retained where legally necessary.

Essential session cookies support authentication and security. Use a strong password and do not share private payment information in public fields.
