How it works

Create one member profile, verify your email, and obtain administrator approval. Sellers submit numbers for moderation. Approved buyers submit private offers. If the seller accepts an offer, the listing becomes Booked and a transfer record is created. Either party can revoke before recorded completion, subject to any separate agreement. Administrators record progress and may close the transfer only after independent checks.
