Terms & marketplace safety

AntiqueNumber by NIVITA HUF is a listing and private-interest platform, not a telecom operator, transport authority, bank, official auction service, escrow provider or seller of official allocations. Listing approval checks submissions but does not authenticate legal title or guarantee transferability. Mobile number reassignment depends on telecom rules, vehicle registration interests on state/UT transport rules and official procedures, and collectible notes on authenticity and applicable law. No RBI association is implied. Do not pay unofficial government or RBI fees, and independently verify any counterparty and transfer process. Administrators may remove suspect listings and suspend accounts.
